NCI Day 4 Recap

Day 4 of the 2012 National Coaches Institute was a culminating day not only because it was the final day of the program, but also because coaches were pushed to incorporate all they learned from the 8 seminars, 7 forums and 3 guest speakers over the past 4 days. Coaches devised an action plan, set goals for themselves and their teams and really paved the philosophical and practical foundation for their upcoming seasons. Day 4 was also an emotional one, with coaches saying “good-byes” and “see you laters."

Research Forum: Coaching Action Plan

After an incredible 4 days, the NCI came to a close with its final Research Forum: Coaching Action Plan. The coaches gathered to discuss their coaching philosophies and action plans for when they return to their respective teams, schools and organizations. They were asked to reflect upon their time at NCI by reviewing their notes and presentation sheets to create these. The point of action plans is to have your core beliefs as a coach presented in an organized way, and to be able to refer back to it when thinking about goals for your team. After the coaches reflected, they met in their small groups to discuss their philosophy and action plan. They shared stories and gave each other helpful feedback. Overall, the whole experience was a perfect way to wrap up the four days.

The coaches then convened and it was clear that they took on this task with great enthusiasm and came up with some fantastic action plans.  Their goals ranged from creating a team handbook, to having leadership clinics, preseason meetings for their captains, implementing goal setting, using the emotional tank concept among many others. It was incredibly inspiring to see how excited the coaches were to take everything they learned back home! It is clear that they learned a lot and will be able to make a huge impact!

3 claps for a terrific, informative and exciting 4 days and 2012 NCI!!!

Therefore, it is possible to keep several small things within a Hermes Jypsiere handbag: cells, cellphones, wallets and handbags, essential rings and cosmetic.

The problem is that an authentic Panerai GMT watch is quite expensive for many common watch lovers.
