Coaches from around the country spend a weekend immersed in an intensive program and leave with actionable tools and meaningful insights.

The National Coaches Leadership Institute (NCLI) builds on the program’s three pillars: motivation, team culture creation and sports psychology tools. Unlike traditional coach workshops that focus on sport-specific techniques and strategies, the NCLI specifically addresses how to effectively lead and mentor adolescents.
By The Numbers:
- SportsChallenge Leadership Academy has developed coaches for 17 years.
- SportsChallenge will host 4 NCLI's in 2013.
- Coaches from 14 states have attended our NCLI.
- We offer over 20 hours of coach development including 8 research-based seminars.
- Our curriculum boasts 300+ pages of leadership and coaching development.
- Our staff consists of 6 facilitators with a combined 100 years of coaching and education experience.
- In order to provide participants individual attention, each Institute consciously caps out at 40 participants.
