Leadership Workshops
SportsChallenge Leadership Academy tailors workshops for high schools, colleges and peer nonprofits in order to meet the needs of each organization. All of our Leadership Workshop Facilitators are career educators and coaches. We annually revise our 300+ page Leadership Curriculum so as to include the latest research and best practices.
Schools and organizations can select either a Signature Leadership Workshop or they can custom-build a workshop selecting from engaging and interactive units that focus on a specific aspect of leadership development.
Signature Leadership Workshops: (2 hours each)

- Leadership, Stereotypes & Cross-Cultural Communication
- Mentoring Others
SportsChallenge Leadership Academy provides Leadership Workshops for:
- High School and College Captains/Team Leaders
- High School and College Student Leaders
- High School and College Coaches
- Entire High School Classes
- High School Faculty and Staff
- Individual High School and College Athletic Teams
Season-long, year-long or multi-year Leadership Programs can include up to 40 hours of leadership training.
