Each morning at the Summer Leadership Academy begins with our 7 am signature “Vitamins” workout. Vitamins is a 50 minute high-energy strength, speed, and agility, workout that feature drills used by college programs and professional athletes. The modern, holistic performance enhancement training includes suspension training, yoga and sport-specific drills.
Professional experts routinely consult and guest coach our morning workouts, inlcuding the Parisi Speed School which has trained over 600,000 athletes world wide.
